Your staff will be watched constantly by people on and off your stand, including competitors. Eyes and ears are everywhere at a show, and your staff need to be mindful of what they say and do at all times.
Industry research shows that 76% of visitors arrive with an agenda, which means that their expectations are high. They have invested time and effort to attend the show and your staff have one opportunity to impress. A third of visitors will make their purchase decision as a result of what they see at the show.
Your team needs to understand the role they play. Give them adequate training and make sure you communicate exactly what you expect them to do, so there is no room for error.
