What do you expect from your team?
Briefing your team on a daily basis is vital to ensure you get what you need out of exhibiting. Remind them what is expected and how many visitors they need to interact with to gain the information you are interested in capturing.

Designate a leader
Looking after the stand staff is the main role of the stand leader. Working out a rota including designated breaks so that staff stay refreshed and motivated. It also gives them the opportunity to see the rest of the show and get a bite to eat to boost their energy levels!

It is important that you tell them how to conduct themselves and of any special activities happening that day.
