Take time out before the show to learn how everything works and the features and benefits of your products.

Every day before the show opens, check that everything is in working order to avoid embarrassment later on when you turn things on in front of a visitor and it does not work!

This is your opportunity to offer solutions to your visitors challenges. Never assume visitors / existing clients know everything - tell them what is new.

Always ask open ended questions and keep the visitor involved at all times by engaging them in conversation as you are demonstrating.
