No.10 - Team Spirit

Creating a team spirit is important. Everyone on the exhibition stand should work together as a team at all times, helping each other as and when the need arises.

If you have a large group of stand staff, split them up into mixed teams of technical and sales abilities. Encourage them to have their own plans for working the show but keeping the masterplan in view.

They need to build up trust so it is advisable to get them together before the show so they can get to know one another and draw on each others strengths and areas of speciality once they are on the stand. Don't just throw them together at the last minute - if the dynamics of the group are wrong, the vibe given to vistors will be wrong too.
