Using strategically placed furniture on your stand can help to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Tables or promotional furniture can be used for literature, but remember to keep your stand clear & open at all times. If chairs are used in addition, make sure only your visitors use them (and not your tired staff!).

Another nice finishing touch to distinguish your stand from the rest is by using flowers or plants. They can liven up any weary or plain looking stand and can be used to hide unsightly cables.

The single biggest factor in making your exhibition stand welcoming to potential visitors is the staff.
