If this is your first budget exhibition budget, you'll have no previous information to draw upon, but careful planning and research should make up for this.
Depending on the type of show, the market, and your objectives, the budget will vary greatly.
The exhibition research figures* below may help you decide on a sensible allocation of your exhibition stand budget:
- Space Rental - 29%
- Event Services - 17%
- Stand Design - 16%
- Travel & Expenses - 13%
- Transportation/Logistics - 12%
- Advertising/Promotional Costs - 12%
- Other Costs - 1%
You may also find it useful to add a 10% contingency to the overall budget.
